We have a showroom in Byron Bay called Sunup Space which is available to visit by appointment. The showroom is set up with change rooms and accepts card payments. To make an appointment, you can email hello@hakeaswim.com

I am in Byron Bay, can I pick up my online order from your showroom? 

Please email us at hello@hakeaswim.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to arrange a suitable collection time.

Can I change my order? 

If you need to change your order, please email as soon as possible with your order number and change requirements. If your order hasn’t already been dispatched, we are able to amend if the item(s) you wish to change for are available. If your order already been dispatched, you will need to go through the exchange process.

I have a long torso, will a one piece fit me? 

We recommend opting for one size up from the size you generally take in a one piece, to best fit a longer torso while still fitting at the bust and hip. Our care team are happy to provide more detailed fit assistance. Please email hello@hakeaswim.com

I am a different size top and bottom on your size guide, what size should I get in a one piece? 

In this instance we generally recommend opting for the bigger size in a one piece. For example, if your measurements most closely match size 2 on top and size 3 on bottom against our size chart, we would recommend a size 3 in a one piece. Our team are happy to provide more detailed fit assistance. What is your returns policy?
